Good quality but not long term.

I bought this for work. So far it is holding up pretty well. I have a problem with the wheels. One keeps falling out and another is bent and stuck. I expected more from it as it is rated for 500 lbs. I am at most 350. My seat lens to one side. So I am afraid to put weight on one side. I won't purchase from again. It needs work.
