Horrible Customer Service

This vanity is nice and was fairly easy to put together, however the blow dryer part was missing. Working with this company’s customer service to get a replacement is a nightmare. First they wanted pictures of everything, then they said the part was out of stock so but they could send a white one which I purchased a black vanity. Then they suggested I paint the white one black and offered $15. This vanity is not cheap and I was appalled and disappointed how this was handled. I finally told them I would buy my own holder. Buyer beware if you don’t have all the parts be sure to check before assembling. I will say they did come back and say the part would be in 1 to 2 months if I still wanted it or they would give me a 15% discount. I took the discount just to be done with it.
